I ran out of whole wheat. So I substituted 1/2 cup white flour for ww. Then I made 2 boules from the dough and cooked them in a dutch oven. The result tastes wonderful.

This started as an exercise my therapist gave me after my stroke. The exercise was to write down instructions that could be followed by others to create an agreed upon product. It has since taken on a life of its own. I hope you who read this will enjoy it and I would appreciate the feedback.
